Hirage
rates for Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor
cars:
All rates include GST,
the chauffeur and all other charges, and apply within the
Wellington free telephone area. For hires outside this
area, please ask for a free quotation.
$250 per hour per car .
Minimum charge $250
Timed from the scheduled
pick-up from your house, office or other agreed pick-up
point. Additional hirage is charged at $125 per
half-hour, with a surcharge of $100 per hour for hires
completed after midnight.
Deposits:
A deposit of $50 per car is required when making a
booking. The balance is payable at least 14 days before
the date of the hire. Payments can be made either by
cheque payable to R M Tilley or by direct
deposit to our BNZ Lower Hutt account
020610.0049258.003. Deposits are refundable only if
cancellations are made at least 60 days before the date
of the hire.
Confirmations:
We will confirm by phone 24 hours before your hire. If
for any reason you have not received a phone confirmation
and especially if you have booked by e-mail, please phone
us at least two hours before the start of your
hire.
Conditions
of hire:
Unless otherwise specified, our wedding cars are dressed
with only a single white ribbon to the front. However, if
you wish to provide other decorations, we are happy to
fit them for the duration of your hire.
Our drivers wear dark
grey business suits.
Our cars are smoke-free
and alcohol-free.
Subject to their
availability, we can supply Rolls-Royces and Bentleys in
a variety of colours including silver, silver and black,
silver and dark blue, and dark blue.
In the unlikely event of
the cars of your choice being unavailable on the day
required, we reserve the right to supply substitute cars.
Should we be unable to meet your requirements, any
payment made by you to us will be refunded in full and
this Hire Agreement shall be deemed to be at an end, with
neither party having any claim against the other. Costs
of collection of unpaid accounts are payable by you, the
hirer.
Please
note that the law requires all children under the age of
five to be in an appropriate type of child seat
to
be supplied by you, the hirer.
We can fit them to the front passenger seat only, of our
cars.
