Please arrange for the hire of Rolls-Royce or Bentley motor cars for our wedding or social function detailed below. A deposit of $50 per motor car will be posted to you and the booking confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The balance is payable not less than fourteen days before the day of the hire. (Please make your cheques payable to R M Tilley or make a direct deposit to our BNZ Lower Hutt account, 020610.0049258.03). In the unlikely event of the cars of your choice not being available on the day required, we reserve the right to supply substitute cars.

Confirmations:
We will confirm by phone 24 hours before your hire. If for any reason you have not received a phone confirmation and especially if you have booked by e-mail, please phone us at least two hours before the start of your hire.

Conditions of Hire:
The rates quoted are per chauffeur-driven car and include GST, the chauffeur and all other costs.
Unless otherwise specified, our wedding cars are dressed with only a single white ribbon at the front. No other decorations are supplied.
Our cars are licensed to carry four passengers plus chauffeur per car.
Our cars are smoke-free and alcohol-free.

Deposits can be refunded only if cancellations are made at least two months before the date of hire.
In the unlikely event of the cars of your choice not being available on the day required, we reserve the right to supply substitute cars.

Children:

Please note that the law requires that all children under the age of five years must be carried in a car seat appropriate to the size of the child. This seat is to be provided by you, the hirer. We can fit these seats to the front passenger seat only of our cars.
